Dove Chocolate Tasting Parties

Hosting a party is inexpensive - just provide the vodka for the chocolate martinis (vanilla is the best), forks or spoons, plates, and 2-4 dipping items for the fondue, and lots of chocolate-loving friends. I bring the chocolate samples and recipe ideas.
Hostesses earn half-priced items and "host dollars" to be used on catalog items. For every 2 chocolate tasting parties booked from your qualified party, you'll earn a 1/2 lb. of Chef-series outrageously delicious Dark, Milk, or White Chocolate (host choice). Hostess also receives free shipping.

IAmBigBrother
After warnings to my daughter about what was appropriate and not appropriate to view or type on her website, and forewarning her that I would indeed place a keylogger product on our computer to monitor what she was doing, the time had finally come to enforce that threat.
I did several searches and found a recent review of the most noted and user-friendly monitoring software:

The top 3 caught my eye, but the 3rd "IAmBigBrother" was a bit more my price range and still offered me the versatility and the monitoring range I needed.
After going to their website and "successfully" downloading version 10 to my desktop, I then attempted to install. No luck. I re-read all of the instructions and attempted again. No lie folks, I worked on this off and on all day. No let me tell you one thing - when it says there is no phone support for these things, you might want to consider this as important, because IAmBigBrother has no 1-800 number listed on their website page at all!! So I did the next best thing, I emailed. Surely I'd get a response. Um, NO! I emailed again, with a promise that I would receive a response in 24-48 hours. Still no response. I finally had to click another link, open another ticket and request a refund. I received my refund request and ticket closed for THAT faster then anyone contacting me about my original issue for downloading. I've still not heard ANYTHING on my initial email.
IAmBigBrother is reported to be a good product and from what I could tell it looked to be, I just could never get it to run. Their customer support truly sucks though. I'm sure there are other valuable monitoring products out there and you don't necessarily have to go by this list. My suggestion though, stay away from IAmBigBrother if you want any kind of customer service at all.
On a side note, SpectorPro has a an online chat rep available even on Sundays that you can chat with and who is available to answer questions. They also have a 1-800 number to call.
